State Sen. Judy Ward (R-30) addressed members of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Club on Thursday, Aug. 11, and talked about some of the main issues facing the commonwealth and what Harrisburg is doing about them.

Ward said the recently passed 2022-23 state budget was a bipartisan effort that will help the state stay on solid financial ground.

"We were able to put our fiscal house in order in a way we haven't seen in decades. It's a win for taxpayers," she said.
