Morrisons Cove has a long history of scouting, which resulted in a relationship that was mutually beneficial. Through community support of scouting units, area youth have been able to participate and learn from the aims of scouting: character development, leadership development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. At the same time, our community has also benefited by supporting Scouting units in the form of service projects, a component of Scouting’s rank advancement requirements.
