Strengths: "A balanced team of experienced players and a strong midfield & defensive line coming off a very successful season."
Concerns: "Staying healthy."
Overall outlook: "The Lady Dragons entered the Laurel Highlands conference last year and finished as LHAC co-champions and set school records of 122 goals for, 14 against, averaged 279 passes per game with a possession rate of 67 percent. Senior Ella Garner, a college prospect who recently played in US Club Soccer's National Cup finals in Denver, Colorado, will be the most influential player to lead the team to another successful season; she is a strong physical presence in the back line. Ripka, Campbell, Heltzel and Trexler along with newcomers Hart, Hazenstab, and Kensinger bring year-round commitment and strong levels of youth soccer experience."
Team goals: "Experience a positive environment that will influence the student's level of enthusiasm for soccer and fitness for years to come. Improve technical, tactical, physical, and psycho-social skills. Focus on team first over individual success. Continue the Lady Dragons winning tradition in District VI league and tournament competition. Win the Laurel Highlands conference."
