Little Miss RS Crowned

Candace Heuston (left), 7, daughter of Brian and Crystal Heuston, was crowned Little Miss Roaring Spring on Friday, Aug. 5.

Caroline Keith, 6, daughter of Allen and Emily Keith, was named first runner up.
