Farm Show Entries Down

Entries at the Claysburg Farm Show were down from the previous year. It was the 82nd year for the show.

The Northern Bedford School District was discussing options for the proposed Plancon Project for the junior/senior high school. The proposed project would cost $5.6 million, but the district expected to receive up to $3.7 million in reimbursements and had $1.9 million remaining from the ESCO Project.

Martinsburg and Williamsburg police departments purchased new patrol vehicles. Both vehicles were all-wheel drive Ford Police Interceptor utility vehicles.
