A Roaring Spring man is behind bars after police said he was caught on camera burglarizing a garage.

According to the charges filed by Roaring Spring police, on Aug. 27, police were called to a home in Roaring Spring after the homeowner noticed items missing from her garage. The homeowner told police that she checked her security camera and saw that on July 17, just after midnight, a man entered the garage and took a leaf blower. The suspect then walked out of the garage but returned and took a trimmer.

Police said the value of the stolen items totaled more than $500.
