Trick or Treat was set for the last Thursday of October, Oct. 27, from 6-8.

First Alley

At the August meeting, the council heard from Gloria Hartman of East Allegheny Street, who expressed speeding concerns about First Alley.

The council voted to add “Slow, Children at Play” at each end of the alley. They also voted to add three stop signs to the alley: one at the south end of First Alley, one at Centenial Avenue, and one at Park Street. This will be advertised before adopted.
