A Roaring Spring man who was arrested last August with $250,000 worth of illegal drugs will spend at least 20 years in prison after pleading guilty last week in Blair County Court.

Jayme W. Walter, 43, along with his companion, Erica Lynn Eckert, 44, was stopped by police in Taylor Township after police followed them from Allentown where they made drug purchases. During the traffic stop, police seized six pounds of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl. Police said at the time that it was one of the largest drug seizures in Blair County history.
