Board Need Answers

Herald of Oct. 2, 1947

Representatives from Roaring Spring, Williamsburg and Hollidaysburg were ordered to appear before the State Sanitary Water Board to explain why they were not operating existing sewage works. Hollidaysburg and Roaring Spring officials said that they should not be forced to use their systems when larger communities were not. Williamsburg authorities reported that they had not received notice of the meeting.
