Sticking with the theme of apples for the month, my preschoolers learned about what an orchard is and all the different parts of an apple. We even took the day to make our own homemade applesauce and then used the leftover applesauce to make these delicious applesauce muffins.

Easy Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups applesauce

4 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. allspice

1/4 tsp. ground cloves
