Cove Forge Behavioral Health, located in Williamsburg, was recently certified as a Veteran Ready Healthcare Organization when its staff was trained in providing specialized care for veterans who have needs that their non-veteran peers don’t.

Cove Forge CEO Bobbi Jo Glunt said there has always been a need for veteran services at Cove Forge and the training provided a better understanding of the specific issues veterans may have.

“This gave us more education so we can better meet their needs,” Glunt said.
