Diphtheria is raging in Hanover. No less than eight cases exist and it’s spreading.

C. S. Over, executor of Dr. Samuel H. Smith, deceased, sold the mansion farm southwest of town on Friday afternoon to Samuel Reinsinger for $59.60 per acre.The farm contains about 180 acres and is one of the Cove’s best farms.
