The upgrade of services at the Altoona-Blair County Airport hasn’t stopped with the switching of carriers from Boutique Airlines to Contour Airlines. While Contour offers a new flight experience for travelers, a new rental car agreement with Aero Corp. has brought an Avis/Budget franchise to the airport.
