The South Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors met on Sept. 6. During the public comments part of the meeting, Hollidaysburg Ambulance (HALAS) EMS Director Rob Craig, who has been a paramedic for 25 years and was raised in this area, discussed a situation.

Craig stated that the competing ambulance service AMED has been coming to small municipalities, hoping to become the official ambulance company for the municipality.
