Cornerstone Put Into Place

The cornerstone of the new Homewood Retirement Center was put into place during a ceremony conducted at the construction site on a knoll just west of Martinsburg. The stone was solid with nothing placed inside it.
Nason Hospital appointed J. Calvin Lang III of Roaring Spring and Atty. Clyde O. Black II of Hollidaysburg to its Board of Trustees. Mr. Lang was a corporate officer and administrator at Roaring Spring Blank Book Co. Atty. Black was a member of the law firm of Patterson, Evey, Routch and Black.
