Catharine Township Supervisors heard many frustrations during the Oct. 20 meeting.
Resident Dave Harding was first to voice his frustrations with the township in regard to Etna Furnace Road. The road was slated to be fixed this past spring, but Harding discussed the poor conditions of the road. Chairman Heather Flaig said that the township requested bids for the project but “cost was outrageous.” The township could complete the project itself, but citing lack of staff, Flaig said they “still want to get the project done.”
