Nancy M. (Smith) Miller, 94, of Martinsburg, formerly of Woodbury, passed away Oct. 17, 2022, at Homewood in Martinsburg. She was born Aug. 5, 1928, in Piney Creek; daughter of the late Clarence and Isabel (Bice) Smith. Nancy was united in marriage to George Wayne “Mose” Miller May 1, 1949; together they celebrated 70 years until his passing Aug. 16, 2019.

She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca L. Smith (Donald) of Woodbury; grandson, Nick Smith (Codie) of Bedford; granddaughter, Megan Ritchey (Ben) of Roaring Spring; great-grandchildren, Tristan and Peyton Ritchey; brother-in-laws, Dwi...
