The Blair County Board of Elections hereby notifies the voters in the Nov. 8, 2022, election that there is a misprint in the header when a ballot is printed from the Express Vote machine. The Express Vote machine is utilized in each precinct to assist those with disabilities in marking their ballots. The top line of the header mistakenly reads "BLAIR COUNTY, PENNSLVANIA/PHILALPHI" when printed, when it should read "BLAIR COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA/PENNSYLVANIA." This typographical error has no bearing on the processing or counting of votes.
