James Lee Robinson, 73, of Rickman, Tenn., passed away Wednesday Oct. 12, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Jim was born Dec. 10, 1948, in Altoona, to the late Donald Raymond Robinson II and Theada Pearl Brooks Robinson.
