Hunter Killed

A coroner’s inquest has been called to look into the death of Lloyd Detwiler McGraw, 22, who was shot while hunting deer near Henrietta. The man was hunting with others and failed to appear at their meeting place. The hunting party looked for him and found him with a bullet wound through his hip and abdomen. He died shortly after arriving at Nason Hospital.

The egg division of the Cove Farm Bureau reported the market value of eggs handled by the division during its first year was $81,972.16.
