Monday, Dec. 5, Woodbury Borough Council met at the Woodbury Community Center at 7 p.m. All members present as well as resident Doug Miller.
The treasurer report was given with the balance in the general and state aid fund as $184,768.
The sidewalk in front of the Kauffman residence that has been demolished and will need replaced.
Applications were sent to Bedford County Commissioners to claim leftover County Aid money, which is about $190.
Meeting dates were reviewed for 2023 and will be advertised. The budget was adopted for 2023.
Water meter replacement was discussed. If the meter on Mill Street is replaced, the borough will assure tar and chipping on the road is not done before.
Discussion took place on helping Southern Cove Ambulance Service to obtain funds. It takes a lot of money for an ambulance service to meet its costs. Residents can help by sending membership fees in.
