Lady Dragons find a Win
The Lady Dragon Basketball team traveled to take part in the Reliance Bank Holiday Tournament hosted by Northern Blair Kiwanis. After coming up just short against the Bellwood-Antis Lady Blue Devils in a 60-46 loss, the Dragons edged out a 40-37 victory over the Penn Cambria Lady Panthers in their consolation game.
The Dragons were in a serious deficit against the Blue Devils at halftime. A slow first half for the Dragons left them trailing 38-16. Picking it up in the second half, the Dragons matched the Blue Devils' offense in the third quarter, each scoring 13. The...
