Central's Avery Campbell wins his match with Claysburg-Kimmel's Shawn Wyant Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023 at Central High School.
The Central Dragon Wrestlers had matches against the Claysburg-Kimmel Bulldogs and the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers this week, and despite having a few individual victories, lost to both 54-21 and 30-28 respectively. However, at the "Bloody Run Duals," the Dragons did find one 36-30 victory against James Buchanan High School.
Against the Bulldogs, despite the overall team loss, four members found individual victories. Avery Campbell recorded a pin over Shawn Weyandt at 1:48, and Kaden Horn won an 8-3 decision over Tyler Mowry. Tyler Biesinger and Bailey Wilt both won matches by forfeit. The Dr...
