Mentzer Finishes Training

Miss Louise Mentzer, who finished her course of training in the South Side Hospital in Pittsburgh, returned to her home in Martinsburg. Her first patient was her brother George Mentzer, who was critically ill with pneumonia.

John D. Metzger, proprietor of the Metzger Hotel in Loysburg, died on Saturday at the age of 41. He is survived by his widow, the former Mary Campbell, and four children, Ira, Catherine, Harry and Samuel.
