Just before going to press, we learned of the death of Isaac Smith, an old bachelor resident of Huston township. He was found at noon today, Thursday, lying upon the floor of his shanty in an unconscious state, with his head bruised. He died shortly after being found.

Mrs. Eleanor Skyles, one of the oldest residents of this vicinity, died at her home in West Martinsburg at the venerable age of 90 years and 8 months.
