Ask the Williamsburgers

I recently went to Zmac’s Riverside Grill in Hollidaysburg with my mom and my friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday. On the menu, they had Barney sandwiches.

For those of you who don’t speak fluent Williamsburg – Barneys are roast beef sandwiches with melted provolone cheese served in a garlic bread blanket. Barney sandwiches were made famous by a number of Williamsburg residents – most notably, Louis Sotille of Louie’s Coral Lounge.

This lounge is where Suzanne, the lovely waitress, was serving these tasty sandwiches up to quite a handsome customer Rick.
