Harry Reffner of Bedford was named the 2022 Fair Person of the Year at the PA State Association of County Fairs (PSACF) Annual Convention held in January in Hershey.

A native of Roaring Spring, Reffner graduated from Central High School and pursued a career in the information technology field working for Hedstrom for the next 35 years.
