Sandra “Sandy” L. (Creighton) Detwiler 78, of rural Martinsburg, was called home to be with the Lord Jan. 29, 2023. She was a resident in the memory care unit of Magnolia Place at Summer Village in Auburn, Alabama.

She was born Nov. 25, 1944, in Altoona. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Madeline (Claycomb) Creighton.

She is survived by two siblings: Robert Creighton of Arkansas and Barbara (Jerry) McCormick of Duncansville.
