Speaking of Buffalo Chicken Dip, I am always asked to bring this to parties, so I thought I’d share my secret recipe with all of you.
3 cups shredded chicken breast
3 Tbsp. Chicken broth
2 packages cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, plus 1 cup for topping
Fry chicken until cooked in skillet with olive oil. Take chicken out when no longer pink, and shred with a knife. Using the same pot, add in your chicken broth and cream cheese.
