Bedford County Judge Travis Livengood last month issued a blistering rebuke of District Attorney Leslie Childers-Potts after the December trial of Nathan D. Jackson ended in a mistrial and led to all charges against Jackson being dropped on grounds of double jeopardy. Jackson was on trial for endangering the welfare of a child and driving under the influence.
