Melvin Litzenberger

Melvin Litzenberger, 87, of East Freedom went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 1, 2023.

He married Thelma Corle in 1961. She preceded him in death. On Dec. 18, 1999, he married Dure Walk.

He is survived by his loving wife, two sons: Daniel (Lisa), Roaring Spring, Ronald (Stephanie), Claysburg, and a step-son Kevin (Rebecca), Altoona. He also had grand-children and great-grandchildren.

After retiring from the state, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and playing his guitar.

At his request, there will be no public service.
