Flooding in the area and pursuing grant money to finally put an end to the problem were the primary areas of attention during the February Hollidaysburg Borough council meeting. A resolution was passed previously to apply for a grant for the Gaysport area of the borough to join with Blair Township to enter as one project for flood prevention. The grant application for Gaysport has had to be severed from the Blair Township piece. A new resolution to continue to process the grant and give them the documents needed to procure the grant money for Gaysport flood prevention was passed unanimously...
