Club Sends Letter to Borough

The Martinsburg Outlook club sent a letter to Martinsburg Borough Council seeking the borough’s cooperation in setting up a collection center for recycling. The women wrote that “several communities have a center where paper, tins, bottles etc. are collected for recycling”. Council President W. M. Burchfield said he would look into the proposal.
