Local Auctioneer Named Grand Champ

Spenser D. Karns (right), of S.D. Karns Auction Service, Blue Knob, was named The 2023 West Virginia Auctioneers Association's Rookie Division Grand Champion on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, W.Va. This is the second auctioneer championship Karns has won this year.
