Dennis G. Hamilton

Dennis G. Hamilton, 75, of Roaring Spring, died unexpectedly Monday morning, Feb. 20, 2023, at home.

He was born Aug. 26, 1947, in Roaring Spring, son of the late Joseph and Delores (Dodson) Hamilton.

He married Winifred M. Dodson Aug. 24, 1968.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Steven L. Hamilton and his fiancée, Jennifer Feathers, of Altoona and Corey J. Hamilton and his wife, Lori, of Lititz; three grandchildren: Casey S. Hamilton and his wife, Amanda; Michael C. Hamilton; and Jadeyn E. Hamilton; two great-grandsons, Jaxson and Dallas Hamilton; a nephew, Scott Rhodes and his wife, Donna; and a niece, Jeanette Clouse.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Yvonne Rhodes.

Dennis was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Roaring Spring.

He was a 1965 graduate of Central High School and also graduated from Williamsport Community College.

Dennis owned and operated Top to Bottom Interiors, Altoona.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to auctions.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, in St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Father Allen Zeth.
