NBC Holds Annual Hoop Shoot

On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Northern Bedford County School District hosted its annual Hoop Shoot. The Hoop Shoot is sponsored by the Northern Bedford PTO and has been an ongoing tradition dating back to the early 1990s. The Hoop Shoot is a free throw contest for boys and girls ages nine through fourteen. High school-aged students participated in a three-point contest. Over 60 students participated in the event held at the elementary school.
