Dean S. Hoover, son of Rev. and Mrs. D. P. Hoover of New Enterprise, was awarded his doctor of medicine degree from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia on Thursday. Earlier this month his brother, Paul S. Hoover, was awarded a degree of doctor of medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
