There are rumors through the air of the existence of a speakeasy in the village of Roaring Spring. In such an hour as they think not the authorities will swoop down and clean the thing out.

Some of the alleys about town need attention, and there are several gutters along the main streets that are constantly full of “slop water”. Give these filthy disease breeding alleys and gutters a stitch in time.
