Ladies Civic Club Gets Pampered

Dorothy Kauruter, of Dorothy's Kuts presented with Dulcey Brown (left) to the Williamsburg Ladies Civic Club during its monthly meeting on Monday, March 27. Kauruter presented hand waxing.
