Moses Running for School Board, Advocates Transparency

Andrea Moses has announced that she will be running as a Republican candidate for school board in the Spring Cove School District. Moses was raised in Martinsburg and graduated from Central High School in the year 2000. She received a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College in Communications and Human Resource Management.
