Happy Easter! I just can’t wait to enjoy Easter dinner with my family. Of course, always being the one to talk or think about food, inspiration came for my question this week: What is your favorite part of Easter dinner?

Here is what a few residents had to say:

Paula Hamilton: Pickled eggs, and whatever my mother put before us.

Richard Gorsuch (My dad): Natalie’s Sweet Potatoes

Anna Gibboney: Pickled eggs and beets

Polly Eastep: Fruit salad

Nancy Keller: Ham

Sue Hetrick: My sister-in-law’s sweet potatoes

Grace Risbon: Ricotta pie was always my favorite when I was growing up.
