Strong Start for Central Softball

 

Staring off the season, the Lady Dragons' opening week pitted them against the Johnstown Lady Trojans and the Huntingdon Lady Bearcats. The Dragons crushed the competition, winning with scores of 28-0 and 10-0.

Against the Trojans, the Dragons dominated on both sides of the ball, scoring 12 runs in the first inning, six in the second, and another 10 in the third, with 17 hits throughout the game, all while holding the Trojans to no runs on a no-hitter from pitchers Lacey Lynn (shown) and Madison Kennedy. Lynn, Kennedy and Bralyn Ellis all had home runs and Aubrey Rhodes had two with four RB...
