The Intermunicipal Relations Committee will be offering mulch to all Blair County Residents for the month of May 2023, at no charge. Residents may come to our Buckhorn and Duncansville Facilities, during operating hours only, and receive up to 5 yards of mulch per resident per day at no charge. Mulch must be picked up as the IRC will not be able to accommodate deliveries at this time.

The Buckhorn Facility, located at 1860 Black Snake Rd. in Dysart, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the Duncansville Facility, located...
