Fire Co, Has Busy Day

The Martinsburg Community Fire Company had a busy week, and in just one day they responded to five different calls. Calls included a barn fire on Over Road, a car fire, smoke in the building at Nason Hospital, accidents, and a false alarm call to Homewood.
The Williamsburg Fire Company was called to a fire at the Williamsburg High School that began in a closet in the biology room. The fire was brought under control quickly, and damage was confined to the chemistry and biology rooms. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
