Cargill Donates to Dragon Packs Program

 

In early May, several employees from Cargill presented a check for $5,000 to the Scarlet Dragon Packs Program.

This group of volunteers relies on donations from businesses, organizations and individuals along with grants to purchase food from the Central Pa. Food Bank. They then meet weekly during the school year to pack food into bags and deliver to the two elementary schools in the Spring Cove School District. The food is sent home with pre-registered students to use for their weekends.
