Dennis A. Fay, 70, of Williamsburg, passed away Monday evening, June 5, 2023, at UPMC Altoona.

He was born July 8, 1952, in Altoona, son of the late Joseph A. and Betty V. (Hoffner) Fay. On April 8, 1978, he married Debra K. “Debbie” Williams in Williamsburg.

Surviving along with his wife of 45 years are three children: Bradley A. Fay (Mariel) of Langhorne, Kelly C. Torano (Vince) of Morrisville, and Scott M.
