LEGAL NOTICE GREENFIELD TOWNSHIP

Notice is herby given by the Board of Supervisors of Greenfield Township of the intention to act upon the following proposed ordinances:

SOLAR ELECTRIC FACILITY ORDINANCE 2023-01 REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND DECOMMISSIONING OF SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY FACILITIES.

The full text of the proposed Solar Electric Facility Ordinance 2023-01 is available for public inspection at the Greenfield Township municipal building during regular business hours.

The Board of Supervisors plans to consider its respective Ordinances at its regular monthly meeting scheduled on July 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., located at 477 Ski Gap Road, Claysburg, PA. Any interested parties may submit comments at this Greenfield Township meeting.

Invitation to Bid

Sealed Bids will be received by the Greenfield Township Board of Supervisors at the Greenfield Township Municipal Building located at 477 Ski Gap Road, Claysburg, PA 16625 until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, for the purchase and upfit of a heavy duty mid mounted rotary mower to be installed on a 2023 or newer 4x4 Tractor. Specifications on the mower and upfit can be obtained at the Township building or they can be emailed by request from the Township Secretary. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Mid Mount Mower and Upfit”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regularly scheduled meeting on July 5th at 6:30 p.m. This solicitation in no way obligates the Greenfield Township Board of Supervisors to award a contract.
