The Blair County Genealogical Society will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at the Roller Hojeth Memorial Library, 431 Scotch Valley Rd., Hollidaysburg, PA. Please note this meeting will be held on Tuesday instead of the normal Thursday meeting.

Mary Kircher Roddy of the National Genealogical Society will be the July speaker. The title of the her program is “The Hub of the Wheel: How tracing a brother with no children connected ten siblings.” The talk focuses on the Rev. James Bradley who served as pastor in Newry from 1832-1883. He is Roddy’s 2x great-grandfather.
