Although newer generations do not seem to be as interested in agriculture anymore, there are still girls who grew up on farms that are happy to educate others about the importance of dairy. A farm's tradition of showing off the importance of the dairy industry continued with lots of education, activities, and sweet treats.
Mill Hill Farms, LLC, run by the Biddle Family held Sundae Funday for the fifth year in a row Sunday, July 16, starting at 5 p.m., allowing guests to find out more about dairy in Pennsylvania while touring the farm and seeing their different animals.
Amanda Biddle, who married into the family and curated the event, was relieved by the sunny and warm weather.
