Clearing the Smoke: Martinsburg Borough Discusses 'Confusing' Fireworks Ordinance

Martinsburg Borough Council held its monthly meeting the day before Martinsburg’s annual Ag Parade on Monday, July 10.

The council discussed the possibility of compiling commonly broken ordinances into a sheet and giving it to new residents. Some of these ordinances are already listed on martinsburgpa.org/home. Police Chief Kerry Hoover instructed those interested to go to the website, hover over Police Department and click on ordinances.
